Yesterday, the ALA Youth Media Award winners were announced, and a few of our favorite novels took home some big awards. Elizabeth Acevedo’s THE POET X (which also won the National Book Award) won the coveted Michael L. Printz Award, and author Adib Khorram’s DARIUS THE GREAT IS NOT OKAY was awarded the William C.
